Verizon to Sell Yahoo, AOL Business to Apollo for $5 Billion

Verizon Communications stated on Monday it has agreed to promote its media unit, that features Yahoo and AOL, to Apollo International Administration Inc for $5 billion (roughly Rs. 36,930 crores), because it seems to dump its digital media enterprise.
